"Frustrating return and warranty experience"
I really wanted this to be a better experience, but dealing with High Lifter’s return and warranty process was frustrating. The steps weren’t very clear, and every time I reached out it felt like I was being handed off to someone else instead of getting real help. It took way too long to get straight answers, and by the end I felt like fixing the issue wasn’t much of a priority to them. For me, this was a reminder that the service after the sale matters just as much as the product itself. I wouldn’t buy from them again after going through this

"They made ordering way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I don’t know who set up their website, but it was more annoying than it should’ve been. The pages were slow for me, and finding the right part took way too long. Checkout did go through eventually, but the shipping info was vague enough that I had to backtrack a couple times just to make sure I wasn’t missing something. I did get my order placed, but it really felt like they could’ve made the whole process a lot smoother.

"Fair prices and solid value"
I’ve ordered from High Lifter a few times now, and overall the prices have been fair for what you’re getting. The parts feel like they’re worth the money, and shipping hasn’t been bad enough to ruin the deal. I do think any small mix-ups or delays would be preventable with a little extra attention, but so far I’ve been happy with the value.

"Fit was close, I think"
These parts fit my RZR without too much hassle. I did have to tweak one bracket a little, but after that everything seemed to line up well. I’m not exactly an expert, but I’d say the compatibility was solid overall. Shipping was decent too.

"I picked these up a while..."
I picked these up a while back when I was working on a little project in the garage, right around the time I was reorganizing a bunch of old tools I probably should’ve thrown out years ago. Anyway, the parts have been solid and durable so far, and they’ve held up great with regular use
